Connect accounts on Instagram, Facebook Pages, Threads, YouTube or X. This guide explains what to check before preparing a post.

SosoAPI supports the platforms listed below. For X, you can publish original text and links. Video requires confirmed account capability and one ready, registered MP4. Images, replies, quotes, reposts and threads are not supported; separate X credits apply.

Capabilities depend on the account
Available actions depend on the social account’s permissions. Check the account you plan to use, even if another account on the same platform works.
In SosoAPI, Read, create and edit access lets an agent prepare work. Give it Schedule and publish access separately if you want it to submit posts.
How to read the platform list
Before scheduling, choose the destination account and check that it supports your post’s format. Make sure the agent has publishing access for the right workspace.
- Use the account ID returned by SosoAPI for the account you selected.
- Check the platform and media requirements before preparing an image or video.
- Review the destination account and scheduled time before submitting.
Clear boundaries
SosoAPI currently covers posts and the account actions described in these docs. Direct messages and platforms not listed here are outside the supported scope; no release dates are promised for them.
