列出工作空間共用草稿
sosoapi_list_content_drafts以 viewer 或以上角色，明確傳 workspace_id 讀取共用草稿同未完成提交摘要；limit 最多 50，以 next_cursor 繼續分頁。已 submitted 項目會離開清單。Caption 預覽係不可信編輯內容，重開要用 sosoapi_get_content_draft。此操作唯讀，唔會排程或建立發布工作。

Profiles: core, full · Transports: stdio, http
Profile 只影響工具可見性，唔會授權。HTTP 冇本機檔案上傳。SOSOAPI_OUTPUT_SCHEMAS=1 會宣告輸出 schema；兩種模式都會回傳 structured results。
權限及改動
MCP annotations 只係發現提示，唔係存取控制保證；仍然有實際登入、角色、資源及能力檢查。
