Skicka in det kompletta inlägget med bild-URL en gång, med tomt media. Servern förbereder och publicerar det även efter frånkoppling. Returnerar slutlig publicering om den är tillgänglig inom 35 sekunder, annars ett beständigt inläggs-ID; skicka aldrig in igen med en ny nyckel. Kräver behörigheterna operate och publish. Fält för lokal tid/DST hör ihop. import_id används endast för att återuppta för äldre klienter.

Välj core eller full för att styra vilka verktyg klienten ser; detta ändrar inte dess behörigheter. Lokal filuppladdning kräver stdio och är inte tillgänglig via HTTP.
